we all had bad days we all had great days

but the time we live is the time the bad took me in

the shadows swallowed me whole yet i reached out to others

i reached out i help i gave my will and i gave my love as i gave my life to them

even to those i knew long ago the day i made the promise will stay

even tought i say despair even tought i always blow up

even tought i get consumed with pain and anger

even tought i am consumed in fear and shadows eat me away

i made the promise as i give my all to keep it

even tought it do not always sound true

no matter how deep the forest is or how vast the ocean is

if need be il open up and fly away from it all and land by youre side or those who need me
